Where is my payment?
Enter the order number from your confirmation email or from the beneficiary's reference. You see the status timeline and the expected credit date. Amounts, documents and bank details stay in the dashboard.
Enter the order reference from your payment order or our email, for example ARK-24817 for payments or ARK-C-24801 for collections. The status comes from the operations desk by email.
What the tracker shows
The eight statuses, the time of each, the rail, and the expected credit date. The same data the beneficiary gets if you share the link.
What it does not show
Amounts, bank details, documents and names. Those are in the dashboard, behind sign-in and two-factor authentication.
If the status has not moved
“Transfer sent” on SWIFT can stay for one to two business days. After two business days we ask the beneficiary's bank for a credit confirmation. Support answers within minutes.
