Questions about getting paid
Does my customer need to know about crypto?
No. Your customer pays a bank transfer to a company account with a reference. What you receive from us is your business.
What if my customer forgets the reference?
We match by amount, sender name and your open requests, then ask you to confirm. Unmatched transfers are held for ten business days and then returned to the sender.
Can I receive to several wallets?
Yes. Add wallet addresses to your whitelist; each takes 24 hours and a confirmation from your second factor before it can receive.
