Getting started

What exactly do you do?

We are a payment agent. You instruct us to pay an invoice or to collect a receivable; you settle with us in USDT; we settle with the bank. The beneficiary or your customer sees an ordinary bank transfer. We are not a bank, a trading platform or a wallet.

Who can open an account?

Individuals over 18 and companies from supported countries. Residents of countries on our not-supported list cannot open an account. Verification takes about three minutes for individuals and one to three business days for companies.

Do I need an account to see a price?

No. The calculator on the home page quotes any amount without an account. You need an account only to send the payment.

Which languages do you support?

The site and documents are in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Russian. Support answers in the same three languages on business days.

Paying an invoice

Is it legal to pay a foreign invoice with crypto?

You do not pay the beneficiary in crypto. You pay us in USDT under an agent agreement, and we pay the invoice in fiat from our bank account. Whether holding and using crypto is permitted for you depends on your country of residence; we provide the full set of documents for your accountant.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks do you accept?

USDT on Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) and TON, USDC on Polygon, plus BTC and ETH. Stablecoins settle fastest; BTC and ETH are converted at the moment of receipt.

What can I pay for?

Any legitimate invoice with a bank beneficiary: suppliers, rent, tuition, medical bills, travel, software, contractors. We decline the categories on the compliance page: sanctioned parties, weapons, gambling, adult content, drugs, anonymous third parties.

Can I pay a person rather than a company?

Yes, when the invoice or contract is in that person's name, for example a landlord or a tutor. We check the name against the account and the document.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

Too little: top up before the timer ends, or we re-quote for the amount received. Too much: the excess is refunded to the sending address minus the network fee, or applied to your next payment, your choice.

What if I sent on the wrong network?

Assets sent on a network we did not quote cannot be recovered in most cases. The payment page shows the network twice and the address is unique per payment to reduce this risk. Contact support immediately if it happens; where recovery is technically possible, we try, for a cost-based fee.

Getting paid

How does my customer pay?

By ordinary bank transfer to our account with a unique reference. They do not need an account with us and never touch crypto.

When do I receive USDT?

Within an hour after the transfer is final: same day for SEPA and local rails, one to three business days for SWIFT. Bank transfers can be recalled for a short time, so we wait for finality.

Can I collect in currencies other than EUR and USD?

GBP, AED, SGD and HKD today; more as partner accounts open. Conversion to USD equivalent is at the mid-market rate plus 0.35%.

Fees and rates

What does it cost?

A service fee of 0.9–2.0% depending on the amount (minimum $25), plus the bank fee at cost: $35 for SWIFT SHA, $65 for OUR, €3 for SEPA, $0–5 for local rails. Conversion at the mid-market rate plus 0.35% only when the payout is not in USD.

Where does the rate come from?

The midpoint of the best bid and ask on our liquidity partner's order book at the time of the quote, shown with its timestamp. It is locked for 15 minutes once you confirm.

What are the limits?

From $300 ($1,000 for SWIFT) to $500,000 equivalent per payment online. Larger payments are quoted by the desk, usually within an hour. Monthly limits depend on your verification level.

Are there any other charges?

No account, monthly, setup or document fees. If a bank returns a payment, only the bank's own return charge is deducted from the refund.

Verification

What do you need from an individual?

A passport or national ID, a short liveness check, and your address. For enhanced limits, the source of funds (for example a salary statement or a sale contract) and the purpose of recurring payments.

What do you need from a company?

Registry extract, articles, directors, beneficial owners above 25%, the person acting for the company and their ID, nature of business and expected volumes. One to three business days.

Why did compliance ask for the contract?

First payments to a new beneficiary, payments to enhanced-checks countries and amounts above your usual pattern trigger a document request. The order waits up to 48 hours; upload the documents in the order and the check resumes within an hour.

Documents

What documents do I receive?

The agent agreement (signed once), a payment order per payment, our invoice for the fee, the MT103 or bank confirmation with the UETR, the agent report with the transaction hash, rate and fees, and on request a payment-on-behalf-of letter. Companies also get a monthly statement.

What is an MT103 and what does it prove?

The SWIFT message with which our bank sent the payment. It proves the transfer was sent, with the amount, date, sender, beneficiary and reference. It does not prove the credit; the status “Credited” does, when the beneficiary's bank confirms it.

Can my accountant get the documents directly?

Yes. Add them to your team with the “Accountant” role: they see documents and statements, not payment controls.

Delays and returns

The beneficiary has not received the money. What now?

Check the order status. “Transfer sent” with a UETR means the bank network has it; SWIFT usually takes one to two business days, up to three for exotic corridors. After two business days we ask the beneficiary's bank for a credit confirmation on your behalf.

The bank returned the payment. Do I lose the money?

No. We show the bank's reason, then you choose: resend with corrected details, or a USDT refund at the locked rate minus the bank's return charge, within three business days.

Can I cancel a payment?

Before conversion: yes, full USDT refund minus the network fee. After conversion but before sending: refund at the current rate. After sending: only a bank recall, which the beneficiary's bank may refuse.

Security

How do I know the address is really yours?

Addresses are given only inside your order confirmation, never by message. Each payment has its own address. If anyone sends you an address by chat or email, it is not us.

Where are my funds between steps?

In dedicated settlement wallets and settlement bank accounts, separate from company funds, reconciled daily. We do not lend or stake client funds.

Do you support two-factor authentication?

Yes, it is required. New payout addresses have a 24-hour cooling period, and business accounts can require a second approver above a limit.

Business and OTC

What does a business account add?

Team access with roles and approval limits, bulk payouts from CSV or API, named references for collections, a monthly statement, a named manager and volume pricing from 0.7% by contract.

Who can use the OTC desk?

Licensed payment institutions, e-money issuers, brokers and VASPs, after KYB and a master agreement. Tickets from $50,000, settlement the same day, delivery versus delivery. Not available to individuals.

Is there an API?

Yes: quotes, payments, collections, documents and webhooks, with a sandbox. Access comes with the business agreement.
