What you need before you start
Three things. Everything else we read from the documents or already know from your account.
The invoice
PDF or a photo. We read the amount, currency, invoice number and bank details automatically and show you what we found. Pro-forma invoices, rent contracts and tuition letters work too.
The beneficiary's bank details
Legal name as it appears at the bank, IBAN or account number, SWIFT BIC, bank country. For some corridors a purpose code or the beneficiary's address. We validate the IBAN and BIC before you pay.
Your verification, once
Individuals: passport or ID and a selfie, about three minutes. Companies: registration extract, directors and beneficial owners. Done once; later payments need nothing but the invoice.
What happens after you click “Continue”
Eight statuses, each with a notification and a document. Most payments reach “Transfer sent” within the same business day.
Quote locked
Rate and fees fixed for 15 minutes.
Awaiting USDT
Your address, network and exact amount.
USDT received
1 confirmation, hash on file.
Compliance check
Invoice, beneficiary, sanctions, origin of funds.
Converted
At the locked rate.
Transfer sent
MT103 and UETR available.
Awaiting credit
Tracked through the bank network.
Credited
Confirmed by the bank or by you.
What the beneficiary sees
A transfer from a registered company, with your invoice number and your name in the reference. On request we add a “payment on behalf of” letter so the beneficiary's accountant can match the transfer to your contract.
- ✓Reference: invoice number, your name, our order number
- ✓Sender: PT Global Payment Gateway, from a bank account the beneficiary's bank can verify
- ✓SWIFT OUR option: the beneficiary receives the exact invoice amount, correspondent fees paid by us (+$30)
- ✓Payment-on-behalf-of letter in English, signed, with the invoice attached
Limits, cut-offs and delivery by rail
Payments confirmed before the cut-off go out the same business day. Larger amounts are quoted by the desk, usually within an hour.

Documents you receive for every payment
Generated automatically in your dashboard, in the interface language with an English duplicate, with one order number and a link to the tracking page.
If something goes wrong
The bank returns the payment
We tell you the bank's reason, fix the details and resend, or refund the USDT at the locked rate minus the bank's return fee, usually within three business days.
The rate expires
If your USDT arrives after the 15-minute lock, we re-quote at the current rate and ask you to confirm before anything is sent. A small difference is settled in the next payment or refunded.
Compliance needs more
For some payments we ask for the contract, proof of relationship with the beneficiary or source of funds. The order waits in “Documents required” for up to 48 hours; if we cannot proceed, the USDT is returned.
Questions about paying invoices
Can I pay an invoice issued to my company?
Yes. The payment goes out with your company's name in the reference and, on request, a payment-on-behalf-of letter. Your company signs the agent agreement once after KYB.
Which networks can I send from?
USDT on Tron, Ethereum and TON, USDC on Polygon, plus BTC and ETH. Stablecoins settle fastest. Send only the selected asset on the selected network; assets sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
Do you pay to personal accounts?
Yes, when the invoice or contract is in that person's name, for example a landlord or a tutor. Payments to anonymous third parties are declined.
Can the beneficiary receive the exact amount?
Choose SWIFT OUR in the quote: we pay the correspondent fees (+$30) and the beneficiary receives the full invoice amount. SEPA and local rails deliver the full amount by default.
