Every quote shows four lines, and the same four lines appear in the agent report and your monthly statement: the mid-market rate, the service fee, the bank and network costs, and the delivery date.

- $25minimum fee
- +0.35%conversion, only when the payout is not in USD

Charged on the USD equivalent of the payment at the mid-market rate. The tier applies to the whole amount, not in slices.

Minimum $25 per payment. The same tiers apply to collections (get paid), deducted from the amount received. Business accounts: volume pricing below.

How the rate is built
For USDT the reference rate is the Binance USDT/USD market, live. For fiat-to-fiat conversions the mid-market rate is the midpoint between the best bid and ask at the moment of the quote. Every quote shows the rate with its source and timestamp.
When the payout currency is not USD, the client rate is the mid-market rate adjusted by 0.35%, shown as its own line. Amounts are rounded up to the cent in your favour on the fee lines and to the cent on the payout.
The quote is locked for 15 minutes after you confirm. If the USDT arrives later, we re-quote at the current rate and ask you to confirm before sending anything.
reference = Binance USDT/USD market, live # 1 USDT = 1.0000 USD
mid = (best_bid + best_ask) / 2 # EUR/USD 1.1215, fiat-to-fiat
client_rate = mid × (1 + 0.0035) # payout not in USD
usd_needed = 10,000 EUR × client_rate # 11,253.78 USD
service_fee = max(usd_needed × 1.5%, 25) # 168.81 USD
bank_fee = SEPA €3 # 3.36 USD

Where the rate comes from
The spread and the agent fee are the only two lines we earn on; the reference rate is public.
Source
For USDT the reference rate is the Binance USDT/USD market, live; for BTC, ETH and USDC the corresponding Binance USD markets. For fiat-to-fiat conversions (EUR, GBP, CNY to USD and back) we use the mid-market rate. Binance is a rate source only; conversion is executed by our licensed partners, whose names we do not publish.
Update frequency
The reference rate is taken at the moment of the quote. Once you confirm a quote it is locked for 15 minutes; if the funds arrive later, you see a fresh rate before anything is sent.
Spread
The difference between the reference rate and your rate: 0.35% on business conversions and fiat lines, 0.10–0.25% on the desk. It is shown as its own line, never hidden in the rate.
Agent fee
What we charge for executing the order: 0.1% on business conversions, 0.9–2.0% by amount on invoice payments, from 0.7% by contract on volume. Bank and network costs are passed through at cost.
Reference rate: Binance USDT/USD market, live. Conversion is executed by our licensed partners, whose names we do not publish.
Reference rates only, refreshed every minute. Your rate is the reference rate minus the spread shown in the quote; conversion is executed by our licensed partners.
The same $10,000 invoice by four routes
Typical figures for a person holding USDT who needs to pay a supplier abroad. Your bank and trading platform may differ.
| Route | Time to beneficiary | Typical total cost | What the beneficiary sees | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sell USDT on a trading platform, withdraw to your bank, wire | 3–7 days | 3–5% | a personal transfer | bank freezes the withdrawal, asks for source of funds |
| Sell USDT peer-to-peer for cash, deposit, wire | 2–5 days | 2–6% | a personal transfer | fraud, counterfeit, no documents |
| Crypto card | instant, if accepted | 2–4% | a card payment | suppliers rarely take cards for invoices; limits |
| Payment agent (this service) | same day to 2 days | 1.2–2.0% + $35 | a company transfer with the invoice reference | compliance may ask for the contract |
Questions about pricing
Why is the SWIFT fee shown as a ceiling?
Correspondent banks deduct their own charges en route and we do not know their number in advance. $35 covers our bank's outgoing fee and the usual correspondent deduction; with OUR we pay all correspondents and the beneficiary receives the full amount.
Is the 0.35% charged on USD payments?
No. If the invoice is in USD, there is no conversion and no conversion line. The service fee and the bank fee are the only costs.
Can I pay the fee separately, so the beneficiary gets the full amount?
The fee is always added on top of the invoice amount in the quote: you send the invoice amount plus fees, the beneficiary receives the invoice amount. For SWIFT choose OUR to cover correspondent deductions.
